Netflix vs Disney

Netflix is about to be anything but chill. Disney will take “full operational control” over Hulu from Comcast, effective immediately, the companies announced Tuesday.
This announcement comes just before Disney's planned launch of another streaming service, Disney+ this November. Which, by the way, is slated to cost $6.99/month and will contain most of the content you and your kids *used* to watch on Netflix.
Moana > Frozen. Don't @ me.
As part of the deal, Disney has agreed to pay Comcast for its Hulu content for the next five years. NBC channels will be on Hulu Live at a higher rate than previously agreed. NBCUniversal, CNBC’s parent company, will also be able to run the same content on its own streaming service, which is expected to launch in next spring.
Netflix was a huge disruptor when it came down to distribution, but ultimately this business is about the content. And content is what Disney does best.
